Meet the Staff
Kori has been with BCDC for 16 years, and director of BCDC for 2 years. She has her bachelors in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys spending time with her husband Travis, family, and friends.

Katie has been with BCDC for 11 years, and assistant director for 8 years. She has a bachelors in Human Development and Family Studies. She enjoys spending time with her Fiancé Kyle and two kids.

Jessica has been with BCDC for 7 years. She has many years of experience cooking. In her free time Jessica enjoys helping on their family farm and spending time with her two children Caiden and Alana and her Fiancé Jonathan.

Olivia has been with BCDC for1 year and has previously helped at the Bluffton YMCA where she worked with school age children. She is working on getting her Child Development Associates.

Kasandra is a newer hire to BCDC. She has experience working with children ages infants to 5 years old at the daycare she previously worked at before moving to our area.

Ashley has been with BCDC for almost 2 year. Has a son named Levi that attends BCDC. In her free time she spends it with her husband Will, son Levi, and their animals.

Sandy has been with BCDC for 13 years. Sandy has worked in the daycare setting for many years. She even had Ms. Kori as a young child at one of her previous jobs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Kara has been with BCDC for 3 years. Kara received her bachelors degree from Ohio Northern University this past fall for Exercise physiology. Kara was recently engaged to her fiancé Nathan.
